    Job Title: Admin and Clerical Support

    Description:

    The role involves providing administrative assistance in various areas of the business, including creditors, HR, and reception duties when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to maintain accurate records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Relief Reception and Cashier duties as required
    • Ensure accurate filing of customer invoices (debtors account)
    • Assist with cycle counting for inventory auditing
    • Organize month-end statements for posting
    • Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities

    Skills Development and Employment Equity Reporting:

    • Support the Store Accountant with administration tasks
    • Maintain Personnel Files and Administrative functions

    Recruitment Administration:

    • Assist with recruitment administration and job advertising

    Capture and Processing:

    • Capture GRNs/CVRs accurately
    • Reconcile creditors to supplier statements
    • Investigate variances and provide outcome to management

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 Business Management N4 - N6
    • N4 - N6 Human Resources
    • 3 years general administration duties

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
