    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the maintenance of production machinery, packaging equipment, and facility infrastructure.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
    • Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety health, and environmental regulations.
    • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
    • Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to maintain optimal plant efficiency.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

    Our ideal candidate will have

    • A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 5+ years of maintenance management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Experience with PLC systems, food-grade machinery, and automated production lines.
    • Familiarity with GFSI recognized food safety systems, GMP, and other food safety regulations.
    • Proficiency in maintenance management software.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
