Key Performance Area:


  • Daily process of bank and allocation of funds to correct ledgers
  • Process supplier and general ledgers from requisition files
  • Pay service accounts: levies and rates and services investigate anomalies on accounts
  • Pay owners and check for anomalies and send owner remittance statements to owners
  • Investigate tenant credit balances and allocate correct charges to correct ledgers
  • Check trial balance daily for differences in ledgers and clear differences
  • Load contracts, ensure that levies and rates/service accounts are paid and remit owners
  • Send signed contracts to owners and tenants
  • Process debit order instructions for different debit order dates
  • Process (water) meter reading submissions and send to council
  • Owner debit balances to be investigated and invoiced
  • Prepare rent and sundry charge batches for tenant statement run
  • Manage owners and tenant queries
  • Manage financial transactions
  • Processing of normalisation of accounts
  • Handling of deposits to trust
  • General payment instructions and initiate requisitions
  • Any reasonable instruction is given from time to time associated with your position

Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • Finance related qualification would be advantages
  • Experience in the property industry would be an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Time Management Skills is a necessity.
  • Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good administrative skills
