EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Matric Certificate
• Must have experience with SAGE
• Must have experience with the Takealot Seller

Platform


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing customers and orders
• Generating invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, customer receipts, etc.
• Management and organisation of stock
• General customer service and checkins
• General sales and office admin
• Managing sales platforms, including Takealot and Bolt Updating all sales/ customer tracking sheets and invoice folders on the drive
• Researching new sales opportunities, including trade shows, online platforms, instore retailers
• Booking, managing, and tracking domestic shipments
• Coordinating international shipments

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Needs to live in Cape Town and travel to the Office in Hout Bay.

Travel to work 5 days a week. Work some weekends.
