Control and maintain master document folders for equipment and update it to latest standard

Manage costs

Upgrading improvement and alterations of the facility and installed equipment

Manage technical risks

Technical competence: lead and manage all technical staff and ensure ongoing evaluation of technical competence

Key Requirements

Relevant Engineering qualification (Mechanical Engineering or similar) with proven experience in a hospital environment
***:

Hands on experience in all areas of Technical
- Facilities Management, this includes clinical and non clinical areas
-
5 years of experience in hospital environment
***:
- **Ability to communicate on all levels (doctors, management and employees)
