About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at the forefront of South Africa's premium alcohol distribution. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers and independents, driving sales growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically attain channel-specific availability targets and ensure precise execution of brand availability across channels.
• Elevate brand equity as a primary catalyst for all initiatives and engagements, and innovate to amplify sales volume.
• Execute promotions in alignment with brand equity standards, and channelize promotions for optimal brand-channel synergy.
• Methodically administer and update call cycles, and achieve 100% adherence to the call cycle.
• Responsibly engage with consumers across all touchpoints, and gather consumer data aligned with target demographics.

Requirements

• 3 Year Tertiary Education (Beneficial)
• 2-3-Years Relevant experience - experience within FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred
• Product, service knowledge and understanding of category management
• Knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
• Computer literate
• Ability to conceptualise and negotiate
• Customer orientation
• Sound interpersonal skills and creativity (big picture thinking)
• Team player and ability to work independently using initiative
