Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide horticultural and conservation services.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acting as Leader and Mentor onsite.
  • Ensure the rubble is removed from sites on daily basis.
  • Manage employee timesheets on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Reporting on project progress.
  • Maintain effective work schedule systems.
  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of scheduled jobs considering:
I. Employee availability, production, and supervision

II. Minimizing nonproductive down time

  • Ensure all equipment's are maintained regularly to provide safe and optimal performance and in line with the manufacturer's requirements.
  • Assist with preparation of quotes as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of and ability to perform each task.
  • Regularly check the quality of work being done by employees on the ground.
  • Ensure that the consumables are ordered and received as required.
  • Ensure all works are completed to meet the customers' requirements and within the allocated timeframe.
  • Allocate tasks according to the individual abilities and production requirements.
  • Monitor housekeeping onsite.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric/Grade 1
  • A Degree or Diploma in Horticulture or Landscaping.
  • At least a minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience in Landscaping and Horticultural field.
  • Good Customers relations.
  • Driver's license.

Salary:
R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
