Qualification- Undergraduate Qualification in Human Resources
- Accreditation as Skills Development Facilitator
Requirements:
- 5 Years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator in the engineering or manufacturing industry
- 5 Years experience liaising with MERSETA
- Analyse the skills requirements within the company and coordinate the execution of the personal development plans of employees, monitor the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan and report accordingly.
- A working knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, Employment Equity Act and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Take responsibility for the development of the WSP and the necessary consultation thereof.
- Ensure submission of the ATR and WSP to MERSETA annually on time.
- Ensure participation in MERSETA learnerships and skills programmes.
- Firm understanding of the NQF and SAQA environments.
- Firm knowledge of the Skills Development levy process.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
