- Facilitate the integration of new FSEs to ensure a smooth transition.
- Process work permits in compliance with government regulations.
- Support in locating suitable housing.
- Provide assistance with housing-related matters, including lease agreements and utility bills.
- Help manage personal banking needs such as account opening, credit card issues, and closure of accounts upon FSE departure.
- Address medical-related inquiries, assist with claim submissions, and schedule medical appointments as needed.
- Support educational arrangements for the FSEs families.
- Coordinate the installation of telephone and internet services at home.
- Assist with the application and renewal of passports, visas, and drivers licenses.
- Coordinate with relocation services and moving companies.
- Handle payment of accounts related to FSE activities.
- Address any ad-hoc administrative requests from FSEs.
- Manage the daily schedule of the MD.
- Arrange travel plans for the MD.
- Handle ad hoc and personal tasks as requested by the MD.
- Process personal expense claims for the MD.
- Partner with the HR department to support Sales & Marketing teams.
- Develop and implement monthly employee engagement activities to enhance morale.
- Process and manage invoices.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
