    Group Financial Manager oversees financial operations of multiple business units, responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Learn company's financial systems and structures.
    • Drive financial planning by analysing performance and risks.
    • Monitor financial position and prevent problems.
    • Set up and oversee finance IT system.
    • Set targets for and supervise accounting and finance personnel.
    • Oversee audit and internal financial control operations.
    • Develop corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships.
    • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance.
    • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

    Required skills and qualifications include:

    • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
    • Analytical mind with strategic ability.
    • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
    • Negotiation skills.

    Qualifications: BSc/BCOM in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA/MCom, proven experience as director of finance or similar role, in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices, solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
