    Responsibilities

    • Generating leads
    • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
    • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
    • Maintaining client records
    • Assisting customers with queries related to products, pricing and availability
    • Servicing of new and existing customers
    • Completing of call reports
    • Assisting customers with technical advice and queries
    • Sales & budget forecasts
    • Opening up of new accounts
    • Achieving monthly target
    • Establishing, developing and maintaining good customer relationships
    • Syspro experience required
    • Must have a valid drivers' licence
    • Minimum of 3-4 years Sales experience required in the Steel & Tube industry
    • Understanding of sales process and dynamics
    • A commitment to excellent customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
