Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Capturing:
- Capturing of Purchase Orders onto system
- Receipting of PO into the system
- Product listings for retailers
- Capturing of invoices and bills in the accounting system
Invoicing + Credits
- Creating invoices on system
- Processing of Credits on system
- Assisting with the stock returns process in the warehouse
- Followup on ETA's of stocks and orders
Logistics + Warehouse
- Assisting the C.O.O / representative with vehicle and route planning
- Assisting with order planning for the warehouse
Customer Relations
- Working alongside the Financial Direcor for the below:
- Phone customers based on payment status
- Allocate payments and credits to the relevant accounts when needed
- Follow up on unknown payment
- Sending customer statements etc.
Other
- Filing of all paperwork accurately
- Participate in stock takes
- Placing of orders with suppliers such as packaging, stationery etc.
- General and additional duties as required, directed, or assigned
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Matric
- Dealings with Freight Forwarding
- Fully computer literate on:
- MS Office
- Intermediate Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge
Xero & Unleashed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
