Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (Based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This role requires a strong ability to coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring timely completion and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to streamline operations and provide support as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Provide support to senior leadership, including scheduling, handling correspondence, and preparing meeting agendas and presentations.
Oversee the coordination of project timelines, deadlines, and resources across departments.
Maintain records, track inventory, and ensure all equipment and supplies are adequately managed.
Ensure effective internal communication to support collaborative team efforts.
Handle client inquiries and manage relationships to ensure excellent customer service.
Perform administrative tasks as required to support various teams and business activities.

Mandatory Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or industrial setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and office software (Google Suite, MS Office).
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Strong team collaboration skills.
