PURPOSE:

• To Lead and manage the Business Analysis, Business Applications, Intelligent Automation and Analytics centres of excellence to ensure value is derived from functional capabilities in the company.

MAJOR CHALLENGES:

• Manage end-to-end demand management process for Business Applications

• Manage, facilitate, and resolve operations issues within agreed Service Level Agreements and CO Operations.

• Ensure realisation of business value from Information Management implemented solutions.

• Manage Change enhancements in functional domains.

• Manage third parties aligned to agreed SLA.

• Lifecycle planning and execution on systems versions.

• Audit liaison on systems related findings on the Applications scope.

• Vendor management on Ecosystem partners in execution and support.

• DevOps leadership in a multiparty environment on solution delivery.
