• Possess a solid understanding of web development technologies and trends.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and other relevant web tools.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and provide input on project requirements.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, project management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing web development projects within a shared services or multiclient environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Passion for web technologies and delivering highquality digital experiences.

• Experience with specific web development frameworks and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools and user experience (UX) principles.
• Experience working in a large or complex organization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
