The Employer:

is the financial services division of a leading automotive group in the South African market, providing asset finance and various VAP/aftermarket motor vehicle products.

To manage the Key Accounts process that improve, grow, and retain clients within various dealer channels across the Corporation in respect of the sale, and after sales of the company's core products: Service Plans, Maintenance Plans, and Extended Warranties


Education requirements:


  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • MS Office / Excel

Preferred Qualification:


  • 3year Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • 3year Degree in Business Administration
  • RE Qualification
  • FAIS Accreditation

Required Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' sales (KAM) experience
  • Fully bilingual in English and ideally Afrikaans
  • Intermediate level MS Office
  • Motor industry experience at dealer level essential with an understanding into dealer operations
  • Firm understanding of the regulatory environment: FAIS, CPA, POPIA
  • High levels of performance achievement and a natural drive for results
  • Effective negotiation & communication skills
  • Sound analytical & decision making skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Intercultural adaptability and sensibility (cultural sensitivity)

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Drive and deliver sales targets
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures within the area of accountability
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for the purpose of advancing Liquid
  • Capitals market share within each channel in area of operation
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to develop initiatives in line with trends
  • Training and development of staff at dealership level
  • Product Knowledge, Selling Skills
  • After sale dealer support in respect of policy administration
  • Efficiently and effectively maintain SLA's for each aspect of the policy life cycle to the dealer network, and the end customer creating a culture that meets and exceeds expectations
  • Maintain a superior, and professional level of customer service
  • Fulfil various administrative duties in preparation for monthly delivery, and presentation of sales targets
