Requirements:

BTech or Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant related

qualification

Professional registration will serve as an advantage
At least three 45 years' appropriate experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and think independently; provide strategic

direction; and effectively and efficiently organise, analyse, set

goals,

administer, guide, integrate and implement systems, plans,

standards and procedures

Proficiency and competency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS

PowerPoint and SharePoint

A valid driver's license with own reliable transport and the

ability to travel extensively to city sites

Key Performance Areas

Rendering strategic support, advising, formulating and

implementing strategy, policy and procedures

Providing input, leading and directing activities associated with

project planning and programme to influence Capital Projects

Providing Capex & Opex Contract administration advice and

support

Analysis of contingencies on contracts
Participating in the appointment process and briefing parties

(consultants/contractors, etc.) on the terms and scope of such

appointments and, evaluating, investigating and approving

submissions on progress, performance and costs for contracts
