    Sales Specialist (German-speaker)

    Full-time, Remote position

    You will work with a fast-growing company specializing in mobile communication infrastructure, securing contracts with clients including cities, municipalities, sports clubs, private individuals, and businesses.

    As a Sales Specialist, you will drive our company's growth by acquiring land for antenna towers and renegotiating contracts with mobile operators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with diverse clients to negotiate land acquisitions or contract renewals for mobile infrastructure.
    • Sales Negotiation: Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for the company and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
    • Phone Communication: Conduct sales activities over the phone using excellent verbal communication skills to close deals efficiently.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
    • Decision-Making: Make quick, informed decisions to move negotiations forward and maximize revenue potential.

    Requirements:

    • Native-level proficiency in German for effective communication with clients.
    • Excellent phone communication skills for conducting sales activities.
    • Quick thinking and numeracy skills to support negotiations and decision-making.
    • Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for both the company and the client.
    • Motivation by commission-based earnings.
    • Previous experience in a professional work environment, preferably in sales.
