RPO Recruitment's client, a top-tier client in South Africa, is seeking a highly skilled PrQS Programme Manager to join their successful team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have expertise in professional consulting QS firms and extensive experience in contracts administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage programmes and projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop and implement effective project management strategies, leveraging industry best practices.
Provide expert advice on CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, and consultant's appointments.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and PrQS professional registration.
Minimum 8 years of experience in professional consulting QS firms and contract administration.
Extensive knowledge of JDCC, NEC, and other relevant industry standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
