Legal Compliance Officer_

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:


  • Ensuring that the company and its employee comply with the relevant laws & regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Legal/ Commercial / audit qualification.
  • Compliance Practitioner (CPRAC) Compulsory.

Experience:


  • 5 Years experience in Compliance or Risk Management/ related field.
  • Experience in either Compliance Monitoring or Business process Auditing activities in the Chemical Mining / Manufacturing / Mineral Industries.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing and controlling all aspects of Compliance within in the Company.
  • Developing and maintaining risk database.
  • Updating and maintaining CURA Management and Compliance Risk system.
  • Providing reports as and when required by Management, the Board of Auditors.
  • Compliance Monitoring.
