    Customer Relations Coordinator Role

    We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships for beBee Professionals in Paarl. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing customer service support. They will also maintain customer records, track customer interactions, and provide feedback to management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

    Provide customer service support and maintain customer records

    Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management

    Requirements:

    Minimum of two years of customer service experience
