    Job Title: Business Partner, People & Culture

    Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

    Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

    The ideal candidate will work independently to provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Personal & Private Banking, Technology portfolio. This involves applying specialist knowledge and judgement to resolve complex challenges, as well as providing business partnering advisory support to stakeholders within the allocated portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing expert advice on People and Culture matters to senior stakeholders
    • Developing and implementing effective People and Culture solutions to meet business objectives
    • Analyzing people and business data to inform recommendations and drive sustainable performance

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, or Social Science
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in People & Culture, with a strong preference for a partnering role
    • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of teams in a complex environment

    Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum
