    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a private training center in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will be a hunter with a proven track record in sales and a passion for driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and position our training solutions effectively.
    4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training programs.
    5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
    6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales.
    7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting performance against targets and outlining strategies for growth.
    9. Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    3. Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to generating new business.
    4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
    5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
    6. Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    8. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
    9. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the Polokwane area.
