    As the Office Manager - General Manager Support, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager. This includes managing their diary, screening telephone calls, and handling queries.

    This role requires a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters on behalf of the General Manager.



    • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in an office support or secretarial role;

    • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio Publisher; Knowledge of Baan software would also be beneficial as well as Electronic travel booking systems used by hospitality providers service suppliers at times,
