    We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sales calls to UK/US companies posting senior positions, utilizing their consultative skills to develop and maintain client relationships.     Professional Office Setting Requirement: Given the outward nature of this role, all calls and professional interactions must be conducted from a professional office setting, not from home. Keller will cover the associated costs for this office space. The office location would be yours to choose and would be rented specifically for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and target companies posting senior positions that align with our service offerings
    2. Conduct high-level sales calls to decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services
    3. Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
    4. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
    5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
    6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system
    7. Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
    8. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    Requirements

    Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers

    Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions

    Charismatic and energetic personality, with a passion for building relationships and driving sales

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

    Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Preferred:

    1. Background in the recruitment industry or experience selling services to UK/US companies
    2. Existing network of contacts within the UK/US business community
    3. Experience in consultative selling or a background as a consultant
