• Certified Diesel Technician / Mechanic with a strong technical background, responsible for the management of service operations and aftersales functions.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage dealer networks, workshop maintenance, repairs, stock holding and age analysis.
• Proven track record in compiling aftersales reports and providing support to workshop staff, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
