MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
LOCAL-8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY
The main purpose of this role is to monitor and manage a team of Sales Managers/Agents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manage a team with regards to Attendance Meeting targets
- Time keeping
- Compliance
- Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
- Coaching and Performance Management of team members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- Matric certificate must be presented for validation
- Must have a minimum of 34 years Team Leader experience
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Strong excel skills

Salary :
R15 000 plus commission
