MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
LOCAL-8AM TO 6PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY

The main purpose of this role is to monitor and manage a team of Sales Managers/Agents.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage a team with regards to Attendance Meeting targets
  • Time keeping
  • Compliance
  • Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
  • Coaching and Performance Management of team members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Matric certificate must be presented for validation
  • Must have a minimum of 34 years Team Leader experience
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Strong excel skills

  • Ability to provide concise, well written feedback

  • Contact in marketing

Salary :
R15 000 plus commission
