    This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic management of IT services within the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development, network management, and executive committee interaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Management and Accountability: Provide holistic IT services to the organization and identify technological strategic needs and objectives.
    2. Executive Committee Interaction: Engage with various governance structures and contribute to the formulation of the company's strategy.
    3. Software Development and Network Management: Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions and ensure the reliability and security of the company's network.
    4. Information Technology and Communication Management: Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives, oversee IT governance, compliance, and risk management, and ensure adherence to regulations.
    5. Cyber Security and Cloud Migration: Implement cyber security resilience aligned to best practices and client requirements, assess key areas for cloud migration, and support business scalability.
    6. Project and People Management: Lead digital transformation initiatives, manage IT service delivery, and collaborate with business units to align IT demand and supply with organizational goals.
    7. Compliance, Governance, and Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulations, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide oversight of the IT budget.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
    • Proven track record in software development and network management
    • Strong leadership and executive committee interaction skills
