Description
Purpose of this would entail acting as the point of contact all all customers. Building long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and assisting in processing and analysing customer data and complaints.


Duties include:


  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Collecting and analysing data
  • Conduct research to develop new markets and customer needs
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Resolving complaints
  • Identifying industry trends
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Set sales and revenue targets
  • Remain up to date with scientific and research developments within the field

Qualifications:


  • BscHons in a life sciences field (Advantageous)
  • Must have 2 years experience within business development
Own car is essential and must be prepared to travel within the KZN region and nationally when required.
