Leading National hardware wholesale group are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to work at their Paarden Eiland office in Cape TownKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all wholesale orders are attended to on a daily basis
Go through outstanding PRO's and follow up with customers
Batching of invoices
Liaise with the warehouse team daily regarding outstanding picks
Reconciling of purchase orders and GRN's
Liaise with transporters regarding cost and deliveries
Ensure customers are advised of new stock ranges and promotions
Provide general sales support to customers and agents
Perform any other task as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is essential.
- At least 2 -3 years' experience in internal sales
- Previous experience working in the wholesale/distribution industry
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Good planning skills
- Experience working on an ERP system (K8/SAP/Syspro/Pastel)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8.00 am pm
Alternate weekends
Alternated public holidays
RUMUNERATION
R12,000 Per Month
Salary:
Up to R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
