Description
We are looking for Call Centre Agents.
Based in Woodstock
Requirements:
Grade 12
6 months BPO call center experience within customer services.
Must be Criminal Clear.
Well-articulated.
Pays attention to detail.
Good problem -solving skills.
Must be able to work rotational shifts.
Contract position with - 6 months.
Training:9:00 - 16:00
Working hours:9 am - 9 pm
Working hours:9 am - 10 pm
Rotational shifts.
Shift Allowance :
R250
Performance Bonus: 15%
Transport home after 18:00
Salary:
R7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
