    Communications Officer

    The role of Communications Officer is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with customers, community, influencers, and organizations. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and diplomacy when interacting with customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the customer careline, providing timely and empathetic responses to inquiries and concerns.
    • Oversee community engagement efforts, fostering a positive environment through interactions across various platforms.
    • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers aligned with brand values.
    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Collaborate on mutually beneficial initiatives and partnerships with like-minded organizations.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role.
    • Proficiency in FreshDesk or similar customer service management software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational capabilities and priority management.

    Role Overview:

    This is a 6-month contract position with potential for renewal based on performance. The ideal candidate will work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:30 pm. The successful applicant will be responsible for representing the brand and managing customer interactions effectively.
