    Job Title: Sales Promoter

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Promoter to join our team at M-KOPA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to empower others and make a positive impact in their community.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and coaching a team of Direct Sales Representatives to distribute and sell our M-KOPA products such as phones in the Soweto region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit, manage, and coach a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives to meet and surpass set targets following business goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team to ensure they meet the required standards.
    • Plan and organize the team's activities to achieve maximum productivity and sales growth.

    Requirements:

    • Good coaching, leadership, and sales management experience to enable effective team planning and organization.
    • Background in sales or sales management, particularly dealing with microfinance, mobile money, FMCG, or financial services.
    • Certification in business administration, marketing, or related fields would be advantageous.
    • Fluency in local languages and excellent sales and negotiation skills are essential.
