    Our client is a US based company looking to recruit South African sales talent - this is a remote, work from home post, calling into the US.


    Our client is the leading specialist in smart cards, card readers and printers. With over 20 years' experience, they are dedicated to providing their customers with the best products and superior services. We are looking to recruit a Sales Executive with solid sales background.

    Responsibilities

    · Identify and pursue existing and prospective customers
    · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    · Reach out to customer leads through both hot and cold sales/calling
    · Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    · Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    · Keep abreast of best practices and trends, product research and training
    · Follow-up and managing of the fulfillment process and the production team to ensure that the correct goods are delivered on time to the customer
    · Work directly with the production teams in the UK, US and China.
    · Follow up on other leads that are generated through the website or leads
    • General technical skills and aptitude is required.
    • Sales staff must be able to do their own product research and learn the necessary technical jargon and information needed to sell and represent the company.
    • Internal training will be given, but the field of smart cards is vast therefore an auto didactic self-starter will be required for this role.
    • A college degree is preferred but not required if experience is compensatory.


    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
    • The hunter personality and ability to build productive business professional relationships
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver product requirements tailored to the customer's needs
    • Proficient in English language and neutral accent
    • A college degree is preferred but not required if experience is compensatory.



    Benefits

    $1000 CTC + commission once annual target has been achieved.
