Digital signage and retail technology company based in Woodstock Cape Town is looking for a self-motivated person to join our dynamic team.

This IT

get involved in not just technical support, but also project work, maintenance, upgrades, and other aspects of the business.


Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
• Maintain and monitor existing systems.
• Install and configure IT hardware and software.
• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to maintain a stable network environment.
• Test and evaluate new technology.

• Good understanding of the Information Technology industry.
• Proven technical ability to perform firstline support to end users within the current IT landscape.
• Ability to identify and understand problems and find suitable solutions.
• Conscious of delivering solutions on time.
• Able to clearly articulate problems and solutions with the technical team on escalation.
• A great attitude.
• Must be a team player.
• Willingness to learn and teach.
• Experience in documentation and guide development.
• Must be a selfstarter and have excellent time keeping management skills.
• Presentable and excellent customer facing, communications and phone skills.
• Be commercial and show a keenness to understand the business.
• Enthusiastic, ability to motivate others and a positive willingness to get involved.
• Able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements, Experience and Qualifications:

National IT Diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 + years' experience in a First-Line support environment.
• Experience with on the ground technical support (via helpdesk, ticketing system, call, etc).
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Knowledge and experience in working with cloud environments
• Azure, AWS. (BENEFICIAL)

Salary:
R15, R18,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
