POSITION:
ENTREPRENEUR FRANCHISE STORE PARTNER




LOCATION:
ELLIOTDALE, RURAL EASTERN CAPE

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in Retail, Grocery & Hardware management
  • Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Proficient on ARCH POS systems
  • Proficient on all MS Office packages with advanced MS Excel
  • Strong management, admin & numeracy abilities (budgets, reports, management accounts)
  • Excellent customer service orientation, leadership and business management skills
  • Highly experienced with managing risk within a Retail Store
  • Experienced in reaching targets, merchandising, store layout plans, stock ordering, expense control, shrinkage, HR related duties, instore promotions, sales strategies, administration & banking
  • Valid driver's licence (no endorsements) & own reliable vehicle
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to speak / understand Xhosa (advantageous but not essential)
  • Willing to relocate to the region (accommodation to be provided / assisted with by the company)
  • 3 weeks on, 1 week off (rotation and remote work)
  • In accordance with the POPI Act 4 of 2013_:

Salary:
R20,000.00 per month

  • Elliotdale,

Eastern Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- retail management: 10 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • SA Driver's licence (required)
