Description
Experience of Hydraulic Drill Rigs, Mobile Crushing and Screening equipment and Earth Moving plant.

  • Experience in a Senior Supervisory mechanical workshop role.
  • Knowledge and implementation on Disciplinary processes and procedures
  • Experience of managing artisans and improving productivity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

QUALIFICATION:


  • Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic and/or Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Artisan qualification

SOME DUTIES - Management of a central workshop, Site based mechanics and Field Service Mechanics activities. - Management of workshop transport - Management of workshop stores - Management of rebuilt projects / budgets - Site Visits - Plant and site inspections - Plant maintenance - Report to management on costs and inspections - Management of oil sampling - Take Lead in RCA's (Failure investigations) - Project planning - Supplier Interactions - Safety in the workplace


Salary:
R R700.00 per year
