    Project Manager Position

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Prism Placements, based in the heart of Johannesburg.

    Main Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

    • A relevant Bachelor's degree or National Diploma PLUS Prince 2 certification
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management from inception to completion; or equivalent experience in training/HR with SETA/learnerships background
    • Strong proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies is essential
    • A valid driver's license and own transportation, with willingness to travel regularly
    • Adherence to Employment Equity guidelines

    Job Description

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations. Your expertise in Agile or Scrum methodologies will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and teams. You will also need to maintain accurate records and communicate progress to stakeholders.

    Requirements

    The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with clients, managing budgets, and analyzing data will be advantageous.
