Aquanation Swimming Academy is seeking an energetic, versatile and organised reception administrator to join our team.

In this role you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• First point of contact for swimmers, parents and visitors to the swimming academy
• Book swimming lessons for new and existing customers, process payments, ensuring all data us accurately captured on Swool.
• Keep reception areas welcoming, tidy and up to date.
• Answer phones courteously and respond to enquiries.
• Respond to enquiries from staff, swimmers, parents and visitors in an efficient and kind manner.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• To be aware of and comply with the academy's policies and procedures and report concerns as they arise.
• Undertake appropriate training when required
• Adhere to the ethos of the academy
• Set an example of personal integrity and professionalism
• Attend meetings
• Maintain social media platforms
• Respond to social media enquiries
• Maintain client relations
• Actively seek opportunities to grow the academy
• Maintain registers, control sheets and other related admin

As a reception administrator you will NOT be working regular work hours, however this will be capped to not more than an 8 hour day.

(11h00 -19h00)

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Should be able to commute to reliably to Sandton
• Must hold a valid driving license
• Enjoys working with people
• Extremely organised and efficient

Salary:
R7 000,00 - R9 500,00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
