    2. Bill of Quantities (BOQs) Preparation: Compiling and preparing BOQs for tender purposes, which involves breaking down the project scope into specific quantities of materials and services required.
    3. Tender Quotations: Requesting quotations from suppliers for tender purposes, facilitating business opportunities and negotiation with potential vendors.
    4. Liaison and Negotiation: Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating prices, and resolving any issues that may arise during the tender process.
    5. Subcontractor Adjudications: Analyzing and compiling subcontractor adjudications, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulations.
    6. Construction Drawings and Quantity Taking Off: Understanding and interpreting construction drawings, accurately taking off quantities, and applying relevant specifications and codes.
