    Description

    Job Title: Branch Manager

    The main purpose of this job is to manage the Seda Branch operations and ensure effective delivery of services to small enterprises and cooperatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to Seda's strategic objectives.
    2. Manage Infrastructure: Responsible for maintaining and improving the physical facilities and equipment at the branch.
    3. Manage Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including small businesses, cooperatives, and community organizations.
    4. Manage Human Resources: Supervise and develop the skills of branch staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality services.
    5. Manage Financial and Risk: Oversee the financial management of the branch, ensuring sound financial planning, budgeting, and risk management practices are in place.

    Requirements:

    1. Qualifications: Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Bachelor's Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations. Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage.
    2. Work Experience: 6-8 years working experience, with 3-5 years in a management/business advisory position. Experience in dealing with SMMEs, interacting with stakeholders, and operations management is essential.
    3. Critical Competencies: Strategic thinking, financial and business acumen, leadership skills, planning and organizing, communication, interpersonal skills, change management, and analytical skills.
