    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an accomplished Commercial and Litigation Attorney to join our team at the Pretoria branch.

    About the Role:

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Attorney with extensive Commercial and Litigation experience to contribute their expertise to our well-established law firm.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Appear in High Court and handle various Commercial matters and Litigation cases.
    • Utilize your skills in building law and liquidations to manage complex legal challenges.
    • Craft effective case strategies, projections, and provide professional updates on cases to clients.

    Key Qualifications:

    • LLB Degree and Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
    • No less than 10 years' experience (preferably) in Commercial and Litigation
    • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
    • Superior written and oral communication skills
    • A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges
    • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
