    Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking

    Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30

    To manage a transactional banking sales team across various market segments, including cash solutions for commercial, business, small enterprise, and agriculture. The goal is to execute a Transactional Products Sales tactical plan aligned with national sales objectives and expectations, driving business growth by understanding risks and costs associated with Business Online and Cash solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead a Provincial Sales Team

    • Manage a sales team focused on transactional banking solutions for commercial, business, small enterprise, and agriculture customers.

    Drive Business Growth

    • Understand the risks and costs associated with Business Online and Cash solutions.
    • Develop strategies to increase revenue from these solutions.

    Align with National Sales Plan

    • Execute a Tactical Sales Plan aligned with national sales objectives and expectations.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce or related field.

    Experience

    • 3-4 years of experience in transactional banking within business banking.
    • Cash acquiring experience is advantageous.

    Additional Skills

    • Data analysis and risk awareness.
    • Local market knowledge.
    • Operational planning.
    • Product and services knowledge and development.
