    **Job Requirements and Qualifications**

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, with expertise in pump application, mechanical and hydraulic loading, and related engineering concepts.

    They will have a thorough understanding of material strengths, fits, and tolerances, as well as hands-on experience in designing, engineering, and fabricating pump components.

    A proficiency in CAD packages, including Autodesk Inventor and Fusion, is essential for conceptualizing designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively collaborate with colleagues.

    Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to generating new ideas will also be valuable assets in this role.

    **Education and Experience**

    • **Degree:** A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, with registration as a professional engineer and relevant experience in the pump industry.

    With a minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design and fabrication detailing, the successful candidate will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to drive innovation and excellence in our organization.
