Key Responsibilities:

• Factories and Prepacking Facilities Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a 5-year growth strategy for factories and prepacking facilities, focusing on productivity improvement, standardization, and expansion.
• Financial and Business Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set up budgets, monitor resources, and review financial performance. Prepare monthly and project finance reports for management.
• People Management: Implement discipline within the management and labor force, setting performance agreements and developing successors for critical positions.
• Health and Safety: Manage and implement Health and Safety Management Systems (HSMS), drive hazard identification and risk assessments, and support ISO 45001 accreditation.
• Capital Projects: Engage with internal operations managers, review and approve capital projects, and oversee project execution within budget.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate packing practices, develop process flows, and implement profit enhancement projects to achieve a 2% gross profit improvement.
