    **Job Summary:**

    The Sales & Project Coordinator will directly coordinate sales activities, perform budgeting and accounting duties, manage projects, and provide support to the Automotive Commercial Manager. This role requires strong communication skills to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including budgeting, accounting, quoting, expediting, and managing of Projects.
    • Support Function: Provide an effective support function to the Automotive Commercial Manager.
    • Project Management: Maintain and update project prices and deliverables to customers.
    • Tender Compliance: Ensure proposals/tenders address key issues and comply technically and commercially with customer requirements.
    • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders through effective communication.
    • Customer Interaction: Visit and interact with contract customers as needed.
    • New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities with project-related customers.

    Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12 Qualification: Essential qualification for this role.
    • Tertiary Education: A related tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
    • Sales and Marketing Experience: Relevant sales and marketing experience required.
    • Steel Industry Experience: 4-7 years of steel industry experience would be advantageous.
    • SAP Modules Experience: Experience in SAP Modules - Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Production Planning would be advantageous.
