    Overview: To lead and direct the pharmacy team in delivering high standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring service excellence, and meeting sales and compliance targets.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • To provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, accurate dispensing, and advice in accordance with Clicks' way of working, good pharmacy practice, and within SAPC regulations.
    • To efficiently manage operational activities, including safe stock management, shrinkage control, general housekeeping, and administration, adhering to merchandising and SAPC standards.
    • To ensure the dispensary's operational viability through sound financial management, focus on core targets, expense management, and proactive decision-making.
    • To build competent and motivated teams, including learners and interns, through effective selection, leadership, management, and ongoing development.
    • To schedule staff according to labour policy and model, ensuring each department is fully and appropriately staffed, and employee records are complete and submitted to HR.
    • To implement customer service initiatives in the dispensary, resulting in a great customer experience, driving loyalty, and achieving club card participation targets.
    • To integrate and partner with the clinic and healthcare aisle, providing a full offering to customers regarding their healthcare needs.
    • To support the Group's vision by living and driving company values.
    • To drive cohesion, consistency, and integration between store operation, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
    • To foster a high-performing business culture that delivers employee affiliation, customer satisfaction, and shareholder value.

    Knowledge:

    • SAPC and relevant legal knowledge.
    • Ethical working practices and compliance.
    • Stock, cost, risk, and compliance management procedures.

    Education:

    • Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
