    Marketing Coordinator

    We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand presence, drive growth, and align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to connect with our diverse audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Novatec SA's products and services.
    • Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist in organizing and promoting events that align with our community service initiatives and company values.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve marketing challenges.
    • Experience with content creation and graphic design is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    This role requires a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector, is also required. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve marketing challenges.
