About the Role:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of HR within a dynamic organisation? Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Sandton, Johannesburg.

In this strategic role, you will be the vital link between their Human Resources department and business leaders, driving organisational success through innovative HR initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Act as a strategic advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Tackle complex employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Lead talent management, from acquisition to development, ensuring they have the best talent.
Champion change initiatives, guiding the organisation through transformation.
Utilise HR analytics to drive datadriven decisions and improve workforce trends.
Develop a deep understanding of their business to align HR and business objectives.

Who You Are:

A holder of Matric or Grade 12 (with 'C' grade or higher in first language English).
A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources.
An experienced professional with 5 years in HR, including 2 years as a Business Partner.
Skilled in performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation.
A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and resultsoriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
