    Job Title: Business Partner, People & Culture, Personal & Private Banking

    About the Role

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to support our Personal & Private Banking portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support, applying specialist knowledge and judgement to resolve complex challenges.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Provide business partnering advisory support to stakeholders within the allocated portfolio/s of responsibility in the PPB portfolio.
    • Offer P&C guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives in an ever-changing environment.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources Management / Behavioural Science / Social Science.
    • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in People & Culture, with a strong preference for a partnering role.
    • Experience working with all levels of teams in a complex environment.
    • Track record of successfully implementing integrated, effective People & Culture solutions in support of business-specific objectives.
    • Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of the role People & Culture management plays in enabling business commercial & social relevance.
    • Prior experience analysing people and business data and formulating recommendations to support the formulation of integrated solutions.
